My old friends who can’t speak were in good spirits from the morning on.
It looks a little bright outside the blackout curtains, so it seems to be sunny now.
The reason I keep the curtains closed even in the afternoon is that, as I wrote in my previous post, when I’m color-correcting digital photos, I have to let my eyes adjust to the brightness inside the room.
When it’s bright, the pupils (the part that stays open if you die) constrict, and in dark places, they tend to dilate.
This is so they can let more light into the eyes.
To get our eyes into that optimal state, we need to let them adjust to the indoor lighting.
Since this varies from person to person, I think it’s best to wait at least 30 minutes to make color correction easier.
Today, I wanted to learn more about AI-generated images and videos on Kindle—specifically, what AI will be capable of by 2026—so I picked up a few titles through my subscription.
Learning something new always makes me feel revitalized.
So Harry Styles had dropped a new album, huh?
I’m listening to it right now.
I haven’t looked up the lyrics yet, but while the melancholy, ethereal euphoria and sense of emptiness that were present in his previous album continue to run through each album’s themes, I really love this new one, *Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally.*—it has a distinct early ’80s vibe, reminiscent of the 1975–1985 era.
Coincidentally, I felt like white nail polish would suit the early summer starting this May, so I bought some on Amazon.
Mr. Pan has produced many BTS songs under the credit “HITMAN BANG,” served as the head of Big Hit Music and HYBE, and is also the director of the upcoming ARIRANG project.
He is also the founder of Bantan.
The report I just saw included an opinion from a South Korean lawyer stating that it is unlikely to lead to his detention.
It also noted that it is unclear whether HYBE could have foreseen the possibility of such significant market fluctuations.
Furthermore, it suggests that if there is a strong risk of criminal charges, perhaps the internal consulting department was not functioning properly?
Since last year, I’ve been worried about Mr. Pan’s health, wondering if he was suffering physically, given that he had to go in for questioning so many times.
I was surprised to learn that even after five (?) rounds of police questioning, the travel ban hadn’t been lifted.
The reports predict that, given his track record of cooperating fully with the investigations, he likely won’t be detained, which gave me some relief.
Since the situations in Japan, where I live, and the Republic of Korea are completely different, shouldn’t we refrain from either worrying excessively about Mr. Pan based on our own arbitrary assumptions or being overly optimistic?
Since this involves a country with both similarities and completely different cultural aspects, I think ARMY members are currently keeping a low profile regarding information related to Mr. Pan.
As a fan, I plan to follow the ARMY’s example and quietly keep an eye on the news while immersing myself in Bantan’s music.
Listening deeply to a well-crafted album and deciphering what the songs as a whole are portraying is similar to a lifelong journey of reading.
That’s all from White Nail.
