先ほどのYouTubeでの音源プレミア公開には間に合って、歌詞を機械翻訳で日本語になおす作業をして、いまにいたります。
この歌詞が曲者で、すごく暗示的な言葉群なんですね。
ドラマ本編を観ていれば、ああ、あれのことを歌っているんだな、とわかると思うんですが、正直なんのことやら、さっぱりわからないので、じきに有志の方々がきちんとした訳をネットに上げると思うので、それを待ちたいと思います。

楽曲だけを聴いた感想では、JINさんの美しいファルセットとシルバーボイスの両方が堪能できる、素晴らしいボーカルが乗っている、切なく、静かに訴えかけるバラードとなっています。
機械翻訳で歌詞をわからないながらになんとか読むと、光を待つ暗闇の中で、かなり深いところで結びついている、まるで自分の半身かのような相手を待っている、世界観のように、私には思えます。
どなたが作った曲かわからないんですけど、私はJINさんのソロ曲Abyssととても近い世界で、この歌の主人公もなんらかの事情があって、もがくこともできないほど、停止しているように思いました。
てっきり甘く切ないラブソングだろうと思っていたので、こんなに暗示的な言葉群がたくさん出てきて、機械翻訳がバカなのか、それともこれでいいのか、判断しかねている状態です。
それでも１応、機械翻訳にかけておいてよかったです。

I managed to catch the premiere of the audio on YouTube earlier, so I spent some time using machine translation to convert the lyrics into Japanese, which brings us to where we are now.
These lyrics are a bit of a puzzle; they’re full of very suggestive phrases.
If you’ve watched the actual drama, you’d probably realize, “Oh, they’re singing about that,” but honestly, I have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. I’m sure some dedicated fans will post a proper translation online soon, so I’ll wait for that.
(As of November 7, 2011, the drama “Jirisan” is not available in Japan. I hope it comes to Netflix.)
Based solely on listening to the song, it’s a heartbreaking, quietly poignant ballad featuring wonderful vocals that let you fully appreciate both JIN’s beautiful falsetto and his silvery voice.
When I try to make sense of the lyrics using machine translation, it strikes me as a worldview where, in the darkness waiting for light, one waits for a partner who feels like their very other half—someone connected at a profound, deep level.
I don’t know who wrote the song, but to me, it feels very close to the world of JIN’s solo track “Abyss.” I felt like the protagonist of this song is also stuck in a state of stagnation—unable to even struggle—due to some circumstances.
