歳末年始に関わらず、インバウンドで盛り上がり始めている街や近隣の町々は、今年からロンドンを基準に防犯を考えたらいいと思います。
私も自分の住んでいる街で普段行かないエリアを歩いていると、見かけない感じの人々を見かけるようになりました。
他所から来られた方という意味ではありません。
多分、繁盛している場所にそっと近づいて来る種類の人々です。
着ている服がリッチか安いかの判断基準ではありません。
当然、ホームレスを指しているのでもありません。
多分、ここまで切り出すと皆さん、街を歩いている方の中に、思い当たる節があるのでは無いでしょうか？
何故、そういう人々が来て不穏な行動を取るのか、私には分かりませんし、O.先生も気が付かれていましたが、やはりその人達が何なのか分からないそうです。
それで、インバウンドで盛り上がっている街を中心に、近隣の方々も防犯レベルをロンドン基準にすると、安全が徹底できると思います。
ロンドンは世界の大都会ですので、勿論、私達の住む国は、首都以外は其処までではありません。

それで100％では無くとも、これからの安全に備えられると思います。
O.先生も大変気にして下さっていて、私の住むエリアも今は町内会がお金を出し合って、街灯に防犯カメラを設置して無くなりましたが、近くの私が窓を閉めていても、数年前は夜中に大声で争う声が聞こえていました。
嫌な態度を取っている訳でもないのに、防犯カメラを自宅に設置しようとすると、「いくら何でも其処までするか？」と、まるでカメラを設置する側が神経質だと言わんばかりの雰囲気が、2015年くらいまでありました。
私が長く住んでいた、心がお金持ちな人達が住む素敵なエリアでは、24時間防犯カメラを複数設置するのは常識でした。

Regardless of the year-end and New Year holidays, I think towns and nearby areas experiencing a surge in inbound tourism should start considering security measures based on London standards this year.
When I walk through parts of my own town I don't usually visit, I've started noticing people who seem unfamiliar.
I don't mean visitors from elsewhere.
They're probably the type who quietly approach bustling areas.
It's not about whether their clothes look expensive or cheap.
Naturally, I'm not referring to the homeless either.
By now, I imagine many of you walking around town might recognize what I'm describing?
I don't understand why such people come and engage in suspicious behavior, and while Professor O. noticed it too, he also said he doesn't know what those people are.
Therefore, I believe safety can be thoroughly ensured if neighborhoods surrounding areas booming with inbound tourism raise their security levels to London standards.
London is a global metropolis, so naturally, our country isn't at that level outside the capital.

Even if it's not 100%, I believe this approach can prepare us for future safety.
Professor O. is also very concerned. In my neighborhood, the residents' association pooled money to install security cameras on streetlights, and the problem disappeared. But just a few years ago, even with my windows closed, I could hear loud arguments in the middle of the night.
Even though I wasn't acting in any unpleasant way, until around 2015, there was an atmosphere where if you tried to install a security camera at home, people would say, “That's going too far,” as if the person installing the camera was being overly sensitive.
