そして正当防衛の不備を言われずに済みます。
なぜ有名人だと自覚があるのに、警備をつけずに街を歩いていたのか？ とかいう責任追及をすべて無効とするんです。
自宅にカメラを設置していなかった、セコムの最高プランではなかった等も同じです。

情勢の話もありますが、なぜストーキングなのに実行してしまうのか、というと、世界クラスとなったスター達が、もの凄くたくさんソウル市内で暮らしているんです。
ワールドクラスの光を放つ人達が、一般市民と共存している事態になっているんです。
これは世界中でも、おそらく有史以来の事態でしょう。
しかも電車に乗ってスターのプライベート周辺に行けば、見かけるのは簡単なわけですから、その光があまりに強すぎて、光に弱い方々は判断力を見失いやすくなりますよね。
一般市民としても、有史以来の事態に遭遇しているんですよね。
同じように、私が住んでいる日本のスーパースターでは、松田聖子さんやRCサクセションがいます。クリスマス・イヴでお馴染みの山下達郎さんもそうですよね。

そのどれもが個人間での出来事から言い掛かりに端を発しており、私もまだまだ勉強中だが、2025年現在の韓国社会の価値観は非常に倫理観が強く、先進的でありながらも、醜聞で社会的生命を脅かされる風土を持っている。
韓国内で世界的活躍をしている有名人の多くは、告発という形を取った、有りもしない個人の人権・尊厳を地に叩き落とす攻撃を受けても、泣き寝入りをしたり、なぜか被害に遭った著名人が時間と金銭をかけて裁判で無罪を証明せねばならない状況に巻き込まれていく。
プライヴェートなので証拠を用意出来ない、協力を頼みにくい独自の状況を利用されているのは明白である。
今回メニューに追加するのを決めたのは、BTSへのYouTube誹謗中傷コンテンツが、プロのコンテンツ制作会社だった事件。
俳優のチョン・ホジュン氏への個人間の怨恨から端を発している事件。
K-Rapの発生と発展に強い影響を与えたEPIK HIGH(エピック・ハイ)のTablo氏が、無関係な個人の言い掛かりに端を発した、氏が卒業大学を偽っているというデマから長期に渡り執拗に攻撃され続け、長い間活動休止に追い込まれ、その騒動の影響でお父様が倒れられ他界されても尚、狂った言いがかりは止まず、最終学歴校がそのオフィシャルサイトで、Tablo氏は本大学の卒業生である。とまで書いたのに、結局、身の潔白を証明する為と、その攻撃をやめさせる為の裁判をTablo氏自身が起こさねばならず、敗訴した相手はそれでも主張を取りやめなかった事件、等がある。
