日曜日なので、穏やかな内容を書いています。

 

Hotto Mottoでは、私は”から揚弁当”です。

それとドレッシング付き7品目のミックスサラダ。

ポテトサラダはあまり得意じゃないんですけど、サラダはマストです。

から揚弁当は、Hotto Mottoが「ほっかほっか亭」の頃からずっと食べています。

 

ほっかほっか亭は以前、「ほか弁」でお馴染みで、街角の「から揚弁当」は世の中の人全員が好きでした。

やがて、「ほか弁」はHotto Mottoと別会社になり、１時期Hotto Mottoの「から揚弁当」は、「ほか弁」のとは違っていたのでかなりガックリ来ていた所、数年後に元の味に戻っていたので、再びHotto Mottoのお弁当を買うようになりました。

「ほか弁」は確か、数十年前には、私の住む街の郊外に一店舗しか無かったと記憶しています。 

もし「から揚弁当」を午後の朝ご飯にする場合は、調べてみて下さいね。

 

今のHotto Mottoのメニューを見ると、みそ汁に「海苔とあおさのみそ汁」があり、"青さ"も全国になったのだな、としみじみしています。

青さは取り扱いのある所では、お魚コーナーの乾物の所にあります。

 

青さは長崎の産だった筈です。

美味しいんですよね、アレ。

お土産で頂いたのが最初で、味噌汁に入れたらあまりに美味しくてひと袋を3日で使い切ったので、3食とも青さの味噌汁にしたんでしょうね。

 

知らなかった商品がたくさんありますね。

店頭にそんな長く居ないので当たり前なんですが。

「スポーツ弁当」というのがありますよ。

多分、運動クラブ系の方対象なんですが。

生姜焼き、から揚、デミ＆メンチ等、3日前までにご注文願います。

「BENTOバーガー」っていうのもありますね。

焼いたご飯にサンドです。

のり弁とチキン南蛮です。要3日前に注文。

 

何故か「おにぎりセット」450円も要3日前注文ですね。

これ多分、松花堂弁当のジャンルで合ってると思うんですけど。

「特注弁当　松1500円　竹1200円　梅1000円」と環境に優しい紙容器の仕出しみたいな「特注弁当」1つ。こちらは1000円。要3日前注文。

 

オードブル・プレートメニューも要3日前注文で2200円から。

 

3日前注文縛りがありますが、価格は安いですね。

 

最近、もち麦ご飯のバリエがあるようで、すごく良いですね。

ウチももち麦を白米に混ぜて食べています。

繊維質豊富で野菜摂れないメニューの時はこれでカバーするとお腹の調子が安定するんですよね。

キッズメニューはドラえもん＆ドラミです。各520円。

 

今気付いたんですけど、Hotto Mottoのオフィシャルサイトではネット注文も出来ます。

価格も手頃で、これならUber Eatsもやってるし、ご飯充実して体調を安定させたい2週間に合っていると思います。

 

私の住む街では、もう初夏です。

この時期に、”夏を迎え打つ ((c) 暮しの手帖 評判料理 春夏の保存版)" 食事を摂って身体を作り始めると、夏が苦手でも何とかなります。

 

厳しい季節の前に、その季節を過ごす用に身体を作り替えるんですね。

きのこや豚肉は、一年中常菜として食べています。

少し元気が無い時はアジア飯ばかりです。

とにかくアジア飯です。カレーもスパイス系は、翌日体調が良くなることが多いです。

 

春って実は疲れるんですよね。

急に日射しが明るくなって周囲のエネルギーが上がるから、その照り返しで疲れがすごくあります。

また、長い冬で体力（寒いと体力と水分を消費するんですよ。不思議と。）が落ちているので、春の苦い野菜で乗り切っていたのが、初夏からの急な暑さでスタミナが落ちるから、真夏にバテるんですよね。

 

現在は学生街が消えつつあるようですが、その分、街で定食屋さんがあちこちで繁盛し始めています。

賑わいの中にも落ち着きがあるので、危険な感じの興奮が減ってきていて穏やかな活気が復活してきています。

あと10年程で街に若者が戻って来ますので、またあちこちで学生街が復活していくと思います。

フルタイムの方は定食屋さんを利用すると、割りと体調が安定するのではないでしょうか。

 

先日、"𠮷牛"こと吉野屋から少年達が出てくるのを見かけました。

聞くと都会では、既にお馴染みの光景なんだそうです。

塾が終わったらお腹が空くし、ママは忙しいのだから。工夫です

私の夕方のおやつはラーメンでした。

なんかパーラーみたいな所（フードコートの小さい奴）で、350円くらいで薄味の醤油ラーメンを食べていた記憶が・・・。

この20年程で少年達の夕方おやつは、吉牛・松屋なんでしょうね。 

私は今でも連休が嫌いです。

街がいつも通りじゃないから。

フラットというのは、問題や目の前で起こっている事柄から一定の距離を保って対処する態度のことです。

肉体的にも精神的にも、一度そこから少し離れ、インテリジェンスを使って整理と対処に入る態度のことです。 

アンガー（anger)というと、日本では「怒り」という言葉としてまず習います。
